Diva 360 Booths is a 360 Photo Booth service available for all events. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday or graduation party. We got the perfect memory to take home. As well as celebrations we are also available for corporate events and can create Custom templates for your business.
Using the latest software our booths will capture your guests
and produce a short 360 clip which can shared at the event to their smart phones.
A perfect special memory of your event to keep. We create a suitable
overlay for the occasion and all clips will include background music.
All party props are provided as well as background lighting.
We also offer a fully edited highlight video of your event at additional cost.
Booths
Our booths can run using battery or mains power therefore can be used in any location.
Should you require us to setup outdoors then we just require a flat surface and cover from the rain.
We need a minimum space of 2mx2m to allow for the camera arm to rotate the platform.
Lights
Our led lights can either run on battery or mains but our large letter
DIVA lights require mains power.
Terms and Conditions for 360 Photo Booth Company
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our photo booth services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our 360 Photo Booth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Reservation and Payment
a. To reserve our 360 Photo Booth, a non-refundable deposit (specified at the time of booking) is required to secure the date and time of your event. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the event, unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
b. We accept payments via cash, credit card, or any other agreed method. Credit card payments may be subject to additional fees.
3. Event Details
a. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate event details including the date, time, and venue address. Any changes must be communicated to us at the earliest opportunity and may be subject to additional fees.
b. Adequate space and access to a power source near the booth area must be provided by the client. Failure to do so may result in limited or altered services.
c. The client shall ensure that all necessary permissions, approvals, licenses, or permits required for the operation of the photo booth are obtained.
4. Use of Photos and Data
a. By using our 360 Photo Booth services, you grant us the right to use any captured photos, videos, or digital content generated during your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
b. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of images or data captured by our photo booth.
c. We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Indemnification
a. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or damage arising from the operation, use, or handling of the photo booth during the event.
b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or relating to the photo booth services.
6. Termination and Cancellation
a. We reserve the right to terminate or cancel our services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, the client will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
b. The client has the right to cancel the reservation by providing written notice within a reasonable timeframe. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By using our 360 Photo Booth services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
